One Eleven East was the perfect backdrop for us to get married - and I'm a wedding photographer, so I would say my standards are HIGH. The space is stunning, they're always updating the grounds (like new plants, fencings, etc.) The facilities are amazing, and wheelchair accessible for the ceremony/reception/cocktail hour which was a MUST for me (and often overlooked) Fallon and her team were so helpful, proactive, and truly went above and beyond to help me and my husband plan TWO wedding days - a Hindu ceremony and an American ceremony. I'm so grateful to their team, and would 100% get married there all over again. Thank you so much!!

"what's really amazing about 111 is the team"

We fell in LOVE with this place, right outside of Austin. The converted downtown building is stunning, with lots of natural light and enormous ceilings. The ceremony space has a skylight and huge glass windows and doors leading out to a patio. The space needs almost nothing to be gorgeous and photos in this space are beautiful. However, what's really amazing about 111 is the team. We unfortunately got married in the midst of COVID and had to move our date. They couldn't have been kinder, more accommodating, or encouraging. We were originally getting married in April and they got us a date in June. The day was absolutely perfect and with our 45 guests, the space felt so full and cozy. I've seen larger weddings in this space that are gorgeous but people, THIS IS THE SPOT FOR INTIMATE WEDDINGS. Our guests had the absolute best time and were so impressed by how smooth the day was. The team here and at Studio 11 are game changers!

One Eleven East is perfect. The space is beautiful, well kept and rich in history. We really appreciated that we were able to hire our own vendors because my husband was so set on having Rudy's BBQ (before they became a preferred vendor) and pies for dinner. All of our family and friends had nothing but compliments for our venue. My sister, who is recently engaged, even joked about getting married there as well.

Parker Rudolph

Parker Rudolph, a native of Austin, Texas, has always been deeply connected to the world of events and communication. After graduating from St. Edward's University with a degree in Communication specializing in PR & Advertising, Parker's academic journey solidified her passion for connecting people and ideas.

Growing up in Austin, Parker was exposed to the magic of events through her mother, a wedding photographer. It was through these experiences that Parker discovered her own love for creating memorable moments.

Parker loves curating unforgettable experiences for clients at One Eleven East. Her favorite aspect of the job is witnessing others fall in love with the space and transforming it into their own unique vision.

Outside of work, Parker is an avid traveler and a dedicated reader. Whether exploring new destinations or curled up with a book on the couch.

Who sets up for my event?

We do require you hire a full-service catering company to handle all set-up, room flips, catering service and break-down for your event.

Do you require an on site coordinator or planner?

Yes! We require you hire a coordinator or planner to be on-site for your event.

When can we tour One Eleven East?

How far out are you currently booking?

How do we reserve One Eleven East for our event?

In order to reserve a date, 50% of the rental rate is due along with a signed contract.

May we bring in our own alcohol for our event?

Yes, you may. All alcohol must be surrendered to and served by a TABC certified bartender from our vendor list.

Where do our guests park?

There is ample street parking on East Street and Farley Street as well as the other neighboring streets in downtown Hutto that are all within a short walk. There is also a surface parking lot a block away, across from the Texan Cafe. All of this parking is ' first come, first served ' and free to the public.

Do you require that we hire security for our event?

Yes, we require you to have one security guard onsite in case of emergencies. We have teamed up with TSSI and are more than happy to book the security for you!
