RENTAL INCLUDES

Access to our entire space, including:

-the Main Space (in-house tables + chairs included)

-the Skylight Room

-outdoor courtyard

-two fully furnished loft suites

-prep kitchen + restrooms

Your booking time frame includes access, set-up, studio time, + load out no later than the end of your rental period. You'll also have access to free street parking, onsite WiFi, + our small Bose speaker if you'd like to play some music (bluetooth + aux cord available)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I book my shoot?

confirm your shoot details + our availability for your preferred date + time, we'll send you a rental

contract + invoice. All rental payments must be made within 72-hrs of receiving the invoice. Once

payment is received, we'll send you a rental confirmation + you'll be officially booked at One Eleven

East!

What is your cancelation / rescheduling policy?

All amounts paid are non-refundable, but can be transferable to another date / time with a $50

rescheduling fee.

If you are not ready to book your date + time just yet, we can place a hold for you on our calendar;

holds are complimentary and if someone else inquires about your date, you'll have 24-hrs to book

your shoot or release the date. A signed contract + paid invoice for your rental officially secures your

spot.

Will the space be empty?

Our in-house tables + chairs live onsite in the Main Space. If you require these to be stored offsite,

an additional furniture storage fee of $300 will apply.

Can the upstairs furniture be used in photo sessions?

Smaller furniture pieces in the upstairs suites may be brought down to use in your session, but must

be placed back as they were found prior to your departure. All large furniture pieces (couches,

mirrors, rugs) must remain in the suites.

Are pets allowed in the space?

Yes! We love having your fur babies at One Eleven East. Please keep pets off the venue furniture +

out of the upstairs suites. We also ask that pets be taken to the field directly across East St to do their

business, not in our courtyard.

Can I decorate the space for my session?

Decor items may be brought in for your session. You may adhere to the brick walls only (no drywall)

with removable command strips / hooks or floral gaffers tape that do not harm the brick or

chip/peel the paint. All adhesives must be taken down by the end of your rental period. Any damages

will result in a fee. No toss items are permitted outside of the venue; toss items inside must not

stain the floors + must be swept up by the client prior to departure.

Where do I park? Can I reserve parking spaces?

Parking is free public parking surrounding the venue. Parking spaces may not be reserved or blocked

off as we share public parking with the surrounding businesses. If you need to reserve or block off

parking for any reason, please contact the city of Hutto.

If I run out of time on my shoot day, can I add more time?

Yes! Please contact us at least 30 minutes before the end of your session to add more time, based on

our availability.

Do I need to clean up after my shoot?

Clients are expected to leave the space as it was found - furniture back in it's original place, floors

swept as needed, surfaces wiped as needed, decor hooks + adhesives removed from the walls, all

trash in bins, + no personal items left behind. Cleaning supplies are located in the closet under the

stairs if needed.
